Accordion and Tabs shortcodes stopped working

    Hello,

    I’ve been using Contact Form 7 for years. With the recent update of WordPress 4.9, it appears that some of my shortcodes have stopped working. They were working fine in the past.

    “Kadence Toolkit” codes for accordion and tabs have stopped working. They do continue to work however on normal pages and posts, just not when inserted into contact forms. I tried using different shortcodes from the “Shortcodes Ultimate” plugin but I get the same result.

    I’m using the “Ascend” theme from Kadence Themes.
    I’m also using Contact Form 7 Version 4.9.1.

    WordPress Shortcodes don’t work in Contact Form 7’s form content.

    Yes, I am aware that this happened, hence the reason I posted here. However in the past shortcodes did work fine.

    For the longest time they were working. Then after updating WordPress and Contact Forms 7, they stopped working.

    Was it a change in Contact Form 7 or a change in WordPress 4.9 that caused this? I have contact forms on 2 different websites that I host, both business websites, and I would like this to be fixed back to the way it was if possible. Otherwise I’m stuck with very long contact forms that no longer have tabs.
