If you are talking about the Accordion widget in Elementor, you can add HTML and Youtube videos there. Just click on the Text tab and enter your code https://prnt.sc/rhsoaa

As far as I know, Elementor doesn’t have any alignment options for the Accordion widget. That’s a limitation of Elementor https://docs.elementor.com/article/111-accordion
