    Hi There!
    Hello WordPress!
This is my first topic on these forums. Glad to be with force!

I am using WP-HR Manager and I have accidentally deleted the users from main site, which WP-HR had made.
That’s ok, but when i return to the Employees page, i see blank names. I made 4 employees and all of them were deleted.

Please let me know how can i delete these blank users permanently.
Further Knowledge, I have PHPMYADMIN, WORDPRESS MULTISITE ENVIRONMENT.

    Thanks in Advance.

    Hi

We try to respond to support queries within 48 hours, but if you read the support policy at the top of this section we do make clear that we cannot always respond immediately – this is especially the case over weekends.

I am not at all clear from your description what you have done and what the problem is. How did you accidentally delete the four users? What do you mean by ’employees page’? Could you provide an image of the page with the problem so we can try to understand it better?

Without understanding the problem I cannot suggest a solution, but off the top of my head here are some ideas:
    – Check if you can delete the profiles in the Users section in the side bar
    – Switch the plugin off and on
    – Purge any caches you have
    – Look on the Plugins on the Plugins directory for tools to help managing users and cleaning up WordPress databases

Hi There! I am glad that you responded.

I accidentally deleted the WP-HR users (Deleted from /wp-admin/network/users.php/), as I have many users, so I thought these were the spam users. But when I head back to settings, I see blank users in the employee’s page.

    Employee’s page URL: /site.url/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wphr-hr-employee
Now I have 4 employees, all four are blank. Please see.

Image URL: (I am unable to upload here so I uploaded on GDrive)
    https://drive.google.com/file/d/1sO7K7rNPc-SFYu7g2lqhFIy1IQCmqbSJ/view?usp=sharing

Now I have 2 options – Edit and Delete
When I click Edit, the screen keeps on loading thousands minutes (I tried on my home pc, on returning from office till the loading was not completed on 4G network)
When I click Delete, a alert comes saying “Employee Not Found.”

    Okay, that’s clearer. Thanks.

So, in additon to my previous suggestions, you could try:

Restore a back up and the delete them properly (if you want to remove the whole record).

Add them back in Users with the same email and see if they link back to the employee – then delete from there – again if you want to delete the whole record.

Otherwise you will probably have to go into the mySQL database and delete them directly in the database and then add them as employees again. If you are unsure about how to do this, we could help, but we’d need to charge for the time as it’s not a bug fix.

Please note I have edited the above post to make it a bit clearer.

    Hi

Just checking in – did any of those suggestions work?

    Yeah, sorry for late reply.
I checked your suggestions and none of them worked. I could only have an option left, to run MySql and directly delete users there.

    I tried, but I can’t.

I am sorry. As listed earlier by you, that you will charge a bug for it, so I need to deactivate your plugin. I found a better plugin with 24×7 support. Thanks for your support

No worries. Good luck with your alternative. Just to clarify, if it is a bug, we will fix if for free.
