Accidentally switched themes, lost settings

I was messing around with my settings and accidentally switched my gallery theme, which auto-saved and lost my color/appearance settings for the previous theme. When I switched themes back, the color settings went back to default. I have a backup of my DB and plugins, how do I find the old appearance/color settings? Are they in the backup DB?
