    Hi,

I installed the free version (currently) on a website I am building. When I installed the plugin, the website admin email was set to one that didn’t exist at the time ([email protected]). Therefore, I never received the email that contained the password.

I have since updated the website admin email address and I did successfully manage to wipe the site of the CleanTalk plugin. When I installed it again, however, it wouldn’t let me create a new CleanTalk account with the correct admin email address, as the domain already existed in the account with the wrong email address.

I have since created the admin email address, but whenever I ask it to resend me the password, to the newly created admin email address (exactly the same as the one registered with the account) the email never comes through.

How can I either delete the account and start again, or reset the password, if I never received it originally and CleanTalk emails aren’t getting through to the new [email protected] mailbox?

I would really appreciate your help to get this sorted very soon.

    Thanks in advance.

    Best wishes,

    James

    Hello James.

Please open a ticket in our support system:

Or email us at [email protected].

The www.remarpro.com forum is for WordPress plugins only, not the service.

    Hi there,

I understand that. This is my problem though. I can’t open a support ticket because I can’t log on.

The initial password email, sent to [email protected] essentially went astray because that email account didn’t exist at the time. To access your support system, I have to input the password, which I can’t do because I never received the email that contained it.

To reset my password, I have to input either the admin email address or the access key. Both of those options send an email to [email protected], which although now exists, the emails never reach it.

I can’t even delete the account, to allow me to set one up with the correct email address, without the password. I tried wiping the plugin from the WordPress installation and starting again, but it wouldn’t work, since the domain is already linked to the erroneous account I can’t access.

Do you understand what I mean? I’m basically in limbo because I never received the email with the password.

Is there some way you can help me retrieve the password, or delete the account, so I can start again? Perhaps an email address I can talk to you through, to sort this out?

I fully understand that this is a support forum for the plugin, not the service, but without the password, which I don’t have, I can’t access any support on your website.

I really hope you can find a way to help me.

    Best wishes,

    James
