Accidentally deleted primary menu, can’t change logo on navigation bar

I accidentally deleted primary menu when editing appearance, and I already create another primary menu. The navigation menu works fine.
I got notification to contact developer of the theme about the issue.
Suddenly, I can’t change logo on site identity. I didn’t get preview and nothing happens when I publish.
I use Generatepress theme.
