Accidentally clicked away while updating

    While updating from 3.9.2 to 4.0, I accidentally clicked a link on my dashboard. So all I see is a message “Briefly unavailable for scheduled maintenance. Check back in a minute.”

    Will this work:
    Uninstall the current installation and
    Reinstall using the same database file?

    Or is there a better way to fix?
    I did not back up before updating.
