Accidentally changed WordPress location (ie www.) – cant access control panel

By ‘that’ – I mean where it says WP location (www. mydomain) and the one right below it.

you can change it in the wp-config file.

I would try and change the wp-config file as described with ftp

define('WP_SITEURL','https://example.com');
