accidentally changed the url in general settings

    Be easy on me…newbie and novice.
    I was trying to follow a lame (now I realize after the fact) tutorial on moving my wordpress site from xampp local host to live server. I changed the url https://localhost/wp_susanallen to https://susanallen.com and then i exported the mysql database. Now I can’t get back into my local host? Is there a fix for this? I seriously don’t want to loose all my work.

  • Essentially when i try and log in, it just sends me to the godaddy.com domain that says it is holding the place of the URL. I want to log back in and change these to the old URLs. Is this possible?

    As per the Forum Welcome, please post your own topic. Posting in an existing topic prevents us from being able to track issues by topic. Added to which, your problem – despite any similarity in symptoms – is likely to be completely different.
