i may have made a big oopsies, and being a complete amateur, i should have not touched anything if i didn’t know what it was, so feeling very much an idiot now.

with that being said, i purchased a WordPress basic plan for domain A. i thought that I had already purchased the domain in that plan, and went about setting up my website via WordPress. I then noticed that domain A name is not what i wanted, so i purchased the domain for domain B. I didn’t realize that i had used my “free domain” for domain B until today, and thought i had access to both domain A and domain B.

After i purchased domain B, i went to WordPress, and noticed that the Home URL and site URL were a string of numbers and dots. i changed the URL to domain B, and all the pages and posts i saved as drafts or published are gone now. i tried changing it back to localhost/domain B, or the box5350 link a Bluehost agent provided, but it didn’t work. I also tried going into the PHPMyPanel and resetting the url in wp_options, and that didn’t work either. I’m wondering if the drafts were saved on domain A, and all the new stuff is saved on domain B, that’s why i can’t see them anymore?

Is there any way i can get the old drafts and pages back and reset the URL to before i messed it up?

    thank you!
