Accidentally changed home and site URL, now redirects

I recently purchased a new domain, and was fiddling around with how I’d make it look if I changed the website with the new name.

I entered in the new domain name ineo the home URL box and the site URL box and now it redirects to the new domain name, hosted by godaddy.

My original website is hosted by bluehost.

I can’t log into wordpress anymore because of the re-direct. How can I get back in to change the URL, or do it via bluehost’s cpanel?
