Accidentally block normal users?

  • The plugin can be very aggressive. It depends, of course, on why the plugin is blocking users. What does the log say?

    Clear the cache and then uncheck all the options for blocking users. See if it still blocks the users.

    Some server configurations, especially those using a proxy server or a firewall, can cause users to appear as spammers.
