Accidental closure of browser mid upgrade-site broken!

Hi all, I upgraded today from 3.03 to 3.04 and got sidetracked about 3/4 of the way through… I accidentally closed the browser doing the upgrade and now I get this:
Fatal error: Call to a member function get_feed_permastruct() on a non-object in /home/content/f/i/r/firemusic/html/wp-includes/link-template.php on line 429
Do I need to ftp in and overwrite the faulty file? I’m not a noob but I’m not a code nerd either, I’m a GUI guy! Any help greatly appreciated!!!
