AccessPress Mag Pro problems

I’m having issues with this premium theme that I just purchased. Nothing seems to be working as advertised. Featured images don’t show up in blocks, however the featured images work in the free templates. Slider doesn’t work.

Very frustrated! Please help! AccessPress doesn’t seem to want to offer much support.
