Accessing wp-content/uploads at a new domain

I have copied the wp-content/uploads/ folder to a new location, where it can be accessed via a different domain. So, for example, the existing site is mydomain.org, but I want to access wp-content/uploads/ at mydomain-media.org (which happens to be hosted on Amazon S3). Using BSR, I’m thinking I can simply put mydomain.org/wp-content/uploads/ in the “Search for” field and mydomain-media.org/wp-content/uploads/ in the “Replace with” field, and choose all tables (buy not GUIDs). Is this correct? Thank you!
