accessing WP-Admin

I’ve just installed WP.org and uploaded all the files to my hosting site via FTP (i did this via the Zacky Tools Installer so all the WP files were installed automatically). I followed SiteGround on how to do this, but when I go to my site and put /WP-Admin on the end nothing happens. How can I access my Admin Dashboard? I skipped the bit where I had to put in the database details in the wp-config.php file as I’d already done this, so I never got to the bit where I provided WP with my database connection details so I never got to the bit where you press the ‘run install’ button. Using the installer above, the files were not put into the public_html folder, could this be the problem?
