Accessing WP

I successfully installed WP and my website, tinkered a bit, and logged off (closed the browser window).

Now, when I return to the site in a browser, I don’t see any WP tools or buttons; that is, no way to access and use WP.

What am I missing? How do I log onto WP and edit my site. please?
