Accessing the Live Talk after clicking the CTA button

  • Good day, been wondering how can I implement the 3CX Live Chat & Talk to a call to action button in our website. I attached a link that contains the screenshot, I’m using Elementor as my page builder.

    I tried to put the link on the button function but whenever I click the button on the fronted, it just sends me to a blank page with the url of “about:blank#blocked”.

    Our marketing team want’s that function on the call to action button and I want to know if that’s possible. Thanks!

    Hello @jerrald

    What I would suggest is to use the “Mode” configuration option and set it to “Phone Only”

    Then on your WordPress configuration you can create a “Text” Widget where you can put the shortcode from the “3CX Live Chat” administration page.

    Hi, thanks for your advice. I placed the 3CX shortcode on a text widget inside of the Call to Action portion of the webpage but the 3CX Live Talk button is displaying at the bottom part from the frontend. How can I modifiy the position of 3CX Live Talk? I want to put it inside of the Call to Action portion. Attached some screenshots for your reference.
