Accessing full_name field for member search?

Is it possible to use the full_name wp_usermeta field as a search field in the member directory of Ultimate Member? I would prefer not to have to remove First Name and relabel Last Name to Full Name, if the Full Name metadata that Ultimate Member creates by default could be used instead.
