Accessible icons

Hi,
I am trying to get my social icons accessible. Fontawesome links are always seen as not accessible because there is no text inside the link (for screen readers). It would be handy if you had another field for accessible text that would be inside the link but hidden by clipping like https://purplehippo.digital/make-font-awesome-accessible/
I wonder would you consider something like that for inclusion in the plugin?
