Accessibility toolbar

  • Dear Sir/Madam,

    I have added Accessibility toolbar with fontsize adjustment and contrast toggle in my website. However, the toolbar only shows when I logged into the site as an admin or subscriber. Without logged into the site, the toolbar does not show up.

    I want the toolbar visible all the time for all the visitors instead of the subscriber. Grateful if you could kindly suggest how to make it visible to everyone.
