This slider is being used on a government website and we’ve recently learned of a large number of accessibility issues with this plugin. We are required to meet the WCAG 2.0 Level AA standard and these are the issues that need to be resolved. Is it possible to address these in a future release?

    Level A

    Arrow pre/next - Span.slick-prev.slick-arrow

    Slider circle buttons

Color contrast does not meet minimum requirement

    ARIA
    8. WAI-ARIA authoring practices
    ARIA attribute unsupported or prohibited

    Other findings
    8. Accessibility best practices
Presentational element is exposed to assistive technologies
    Keyboard navigation
    10. When user uses the keyboard to navigate the site, the slider doesn't have a visible focus indicator to help users understand where they are (if not navigating by mouse or by sight).

    Hello,

    Sorry for the late reply…

We have checked your screenshot but we have used third-party jQuery slick-min.js on our plugin and third-party jQuery is the issue of Accessibility.

We will check properly and a solution for this issue so we will inform you.

we have used this slick jQuery: https://kenwheeler.github.io/slick/

    Thanks
