When using with Contact Form 7, the text next to the checkbox is not clickable and is probably hard to use to users of screen readers. This is as opposed to all other Contact Form 7 elements.

I enabled contact form 7 confirmation and then when I disabled plugin I have
[wpgdprc “By using this form you agree with the storage and handling of your data by this website.”]
at the bottom of my forms and I can removed them.

    Please advise.

This all depends on how you set up your forms. Default behaviour is (since the latest release) without a wrapped label. You can manually add the following to your form tag: use_label_element, like so: [wpgdprc “Text here” use_label_element]
