Accessibility failure creating folders

When I click the control to add a folder, then type the folder name, then press Enter, nothing happens. Pressing Tab doesn’t take me to the button with the checkmark that would complete folder creation. I can only create the folder by clicking the checkmark button with the mouse. This is an accessibility failure.

I also don’t seem to have a way to put media into folders except by dragging it with the mouse, which is also an accessibility issue.
