Access wp-admin via IP address
-
My WordPress site runs on on two different server for load-balancing. The primary server overwrites the secondary server at some interval of time. There’s a 50:50 chance you are using the primary server when visiting my-domain.com. However, you can visit either server directly via IP address. This causes a problem when we try to edit the site’s content through my-domain.com because anything we do while using the secondary server will be lost.
How can I configure WordPress to allow access to its admin using an IP address or different domain alias? (for example, https://111.22.3.4/wp-admin instead of or in addition to https://www.my-domain.com/wp-admin)
Thank you!
[No bumping, thank you.]
