access while pending payments

    I’m trying this wonderful plugin and maybe i did some mistake or there is a bug: when a user tries to buy a membership, if he does not pay, the payment status is “pending”, but he has access to the selected plan.

    Any idea what it depends on?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    If a user registers, but something goes wrong with the payment process, his payment is set to pending. After, it will automatically be set to failed. This is the process in this scenario.

    However, he will not gain access to the subscription’s content under any circumstances. The access is allowed only for the successful payments.

    Are you sure that your users have access to the restricted pages when their payments are on pending?
