Access Watch doesn’t load

    Hi! I’m running Access Watch 1.1.2 in my WordPress installation and for some reason, it doesn’t load. Previous versions used to work just fine but after the 1.1.2 update, I get a blank page where Access Watch used to load. I tried un-installing and re-installing the plugin with no luck. I also tried resetting the API key, with no luck.

    Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this?

    Ok, I figured out the issue. I’m running Firefox 44 and this browser is too old to render the current version of Access Watch. I was able to get Access Watch to load using a current version of Opera.

    Sorry, I only saw your message now. Firefox is a nice browser, it’s supported! Unfortunately, a specific bug might have prevented your dashboard to load.

    Upgrading to version 1.2.5 should do the job.

    Hi! I just upgraded to Access Watch 1.2.5 and it still doesn’t load for me in Firefox 44. When I get some time, I’ll try it with the web console open so I can look for any errors being reported by Firefox. This isn’t a huge issue for me because Firefox 44 is an outdated browser and I’m able to access the plugin using a more current browser. I’ll try it in Firefox 55, which I have on another system, and will report my findings.
