Access token not refreshing

    The Facebook feed doesn’t show up on the homepage.
    First it had a 190 error because the Facebook password was changed.
    What I tried:
    Clearing cache of plugin
    Deactivating & reactivating plugin
    Removing app SlickRemix from Business Integration on Facebook, then going through the integration again.

    What happened:
    It looked like token wasn’t refreshed. Old token kept showing up (would it be the same token? – don’t think so)

    What I tried then:
    Clearing cache of plugin under global setting
    Again removed the app from Business Integration on facebook

    What happened:
    no page ID, no token is showing up. Doesn’t let me select page even when I connect it to several pages.

    By the way, WP version, plugin are all up to date

    Thanks so much for the video and detailed explanation. You don’t know how helpful that really for us ??

    OK so just to be sure, are you positive you are running the latest version of the plugin. It should be 2.9.8.4, we did just address some issue that are similar to what you are facing. If that does not work. Try going through the login flow again and choose all the pages instead of just the one, and see if that helps.

    Spencer, thanks for the quick reply. I checked and it says version was 2.9.8.10! I do have a screenshot of it but not sure how I can add it here to show you. So I deleted the app and reinstalled it and it’s now 2.9.8.4 and I was able to connect it. FUNKY!!!
