    The plugin has been working great for us and we would like to continue using it, however every couple of months the token gets disabled. We then have to go in and re-authorize/generate the token again and update the shortcode. Is there a way to stop the token from expiring?

    Hi @bweinandt,

    Thanks for contacting us.

    It’s not plugins related issue, it’s related to Instagram (Facebook).

    You must regenerate the access token each time, there’s no way around it.
