Access to this resource on the server is denied! when importing!

    Hi there,

    I recently export a file with all my posts from my old site and want to import this to my new site using WordPress Importer. But when I press the Upload file and import button it will jump to a page that says 403 Forbidden Access to this resource on the server is denied!

    The file is small only 512kb. Anyone can tell me what is that problems? thank you.

    This sounds like a problem not caused by the plugin, but rather, the export file is being detected by your webhosts security firewall as dangerous and it’s blocking the upload. If it was an error from WordPress or the Importer plugin, you’d see a WordPress page with the error reason, not a “403 Forbidden Access” screen.

    Contact your web host and ask if they have a way to resolve this for you.
