Access to this resource on the server is denied!

    I have just installed the plugin and it shows up just fine. But when I try to configure the settings I get this 403 error “Access to this resource on the server is denied!”, everytime I hit save so none of the changes are being saved.

    Please advise.

    Greetings,

    the site must have some kind of “security” mechanism or rule blocking the request.

    You can try to go to:

    Advanced > General > Templates > Flag template

    Locate and remove the following string:

    href="javascript:;"

    So the line becomes:

    <a onclick="PrisnaGWT.translate...

    Thank you for the quick reply. I found that solution in another thread and tried it, but where I cannot save it wouldn’t let me apply that update.

    I gave up and selected a different plugin so I’ll mark this as complete.
