Access to the site impossible. White page with new name domaine

  • Hello, sorry for my langage, i am french.

    used Theme: expositio
    Extension : Fast Secure Contact Form

    I have change my old url by a new with my name of domain. Since I do not reach any more the site, admin or public, i have a white page and no error message.
    Before the change everything worked well with old url.
    My provider writes me by e-mail that it can come from a file .htacces. I have a .htacces with Fast Secure Contact Form, one line in the file with “deny from all”.
    As I do not reach any more the admin and as I do not see too much what it is possible to make, who can help me ?

    you’ve changed the url inside wp settings and nothing else?

    probably you don’t have a backup of your mySql databases, do you?

    in which folder resides this FSCF .htaccess?

    to get it working again, with the new url, you’ll have to access your phpMyAdmin (via domain control panel) and:
    – export all wp tables as a .sql file (with the option Add DROP TABLE)
    – open a copy of this file in a text editor (notepad, notepad++, textmate…)
    — the original .sql would be a backup of your non-working site database
    – search and replace all https://www.oldurl.com with https://www.newurl.com
    – import this modified .sql back into your database
    – rename the .htaccess in your site url to htaccess-old
    – check you login page
