Access to site limited for many users – help!

  • Hello,

    I’m having lots of false positive with users. They all get this message:

    Your access to this site has been limited
    Your access to this service has been temporarily limited. Please try again in a few minutes. (HTTP response code 503)
    Reason: Advanced blocking in effect.

    Even if I’ve decreased the blocking time to 1 minute they’re still unable to enter the site after a day.

    I’m at a loss on how to proceed. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated!
