Access to site and admin blocked

  • It may be because I was testing a few themes, but now I can’t get back into my site. Keep getting the message on an otherwise blank screen

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare problogger_adsense_test() (previously declared in /home/deswa/public_html/blog/wp-content/themes/problogger-clean/functions.php:85) in /home/deswa/public_html/blog/wp-content/themes/problogger-clean/functions.php on line 85

  • I could be wrong, since I’m not familiar with that theme in particular, but it appears that the “problogger_adsense_test” is a plugin… Maybe try FTP’ing in and removing it?

    yeah, it’s going to be a plugin that’s screwing the template. a solution would be to delete it via ftp as ladydelaluna suggested, and if that doesn’t work go into ftp, download the file (sidebar.php, index.php, wherever the problogger_adsense_test command is) and delete it and re-upload it

    Thank you both for the replies. I decided to do a clean re-install and laboriously restored my database with Myphpadmin. All working.
