Access to selected IPs.

    How to give access to some IPs that are from the support people of my Theme. It won’t let them in. Thank you.

    Please have them confirm their IP and then check via Wordfence > Firewall > Blocking to see if they are actively blocked. If so, you can remove it there.

    If you’re not seeing a block in there for their IP, have them send over a screenshot of the block they are seeing.

    If you trust those who will be accessing the site, you can also try temporarily whitelisting them via Wordfence > All Options > Firewall Options > Advanced Firewall Options > Whitelisted IP addresses that bypass all rules. If they supply the correct IPs, they shouldn’t continue to get blocked after being whitelisted, unless they are seeing a cached block page.
