    Hi FRank —
    I have a client who i recommended to buy your pro version. Due to some missed communication I did not get her message from 10 June that she had purchased.

    I am trying to get in to purchase area access the upgrade but the login from your site doesn’t recognize the code and the image she sent of the purchase page obviously dos not have the live link, but I guess it is different to logging into your site.

    How can I access the plugin to upgrade for her.

    I have purchase number and access info as required — thanks soonest reply.

    Hello again

    Please can you check that you sent reply to correct address? (same as I am registered here with wp)

    I got an auto-acknowledgement (from your gmail address I submitted query to) at 23:08 last night but no message since then (i.e. not before or since you replied here — gave some time i.e 7 hours, since the message — above — was sent here around 13.40 my time )

    Much appreciated if you can do this asap — or resend reply.

    NOTE: I have checked spam and all accounts to which supplied email forwards.
