    Hello,

    currently a user has role: platinum. Before it had silver role then was changed to have platinum role.

    WP user list shows now that user has 2 Levels: Silver and Platinum. Each level is synchronised with its corresponding role.

    Platinum Level extends Silver Level.

    I don’t understand why user is still able to see content of the following section?

    [restrict level=”!platinum”]

    This content can only be seen by users without Platinum level or above.

    [/restrict]

    I want silver users do see the section content, but platinum users don’t

    Thank you for reporting this.

    If the Users list still displays both the Silver and the Platinum level for the user, that is likely the problem.

    How did you make the upgrade from Silver to Platinum for this specific user?
