Access to old cache if cache emptied

Hello,

If I’m not mistaken, before when I cleared the cache, the old cache remained saved on the server so that the old version of the page was displayed quickly as long as the new one was not cached.

So there was an “old” folder or something like that.

Now if I clear the cache, all pages are slow when viewed for the first time.

How do I get back to how I used to work?
