Access to JetPack statistics

What is the exact text of the message that you are seeing about the stats? I don’t quite understand so a bit more information will be helpful.

Have you attempted to deactivate and delete the plugin? If not, please deactivate, delete, and re-install the Jetpack plugin. Then, try reconnecting it to your WordPress.com account to see if that helps any.

Good evening! On the statistics I see that there were 4 visits on July 27 and 3 visits today without page indications, only the number of visits at the end of the line, I click on it and take me to the statistics page where those related to months, years, daily, last week are reported. Let me know why there were these accesses. I would like to send a screenshot or a Pdf file but I can not figure out how to insert it in this message. Thank you, warm greetings, Bruno Liviano

@brunoliviano, you will want to upload the screenshot to https://snipboard.io/ and then paste the link into your reply.

In your stats, you can only see people who visit your site, not those who could access your stats so I’m really not sure what you’re referring to.
