Access to Domain to register for BlueHost

Hi,

I have bought my domain when signing up for wordpress.com and now would like to move to www.remarpro.com. I have chosen bluehost as hosting platform.

However, when filling in my ‘I have a domain name’ it asks for my password. I am typing in my wordpress password which they say is incorrect. They have now sent an email to ‘the email registered to this domain’ which I am not receiving.

Any help at all please would be appreciated!!
