Access to Appearance Menus

Hi! Just installed the Plugin on a new client site with the purpose of allowing them access to Appearance/Menus. However, although Plugin description mentions the ability to limit/allow access to the Site Menus, I can’t seem to find the option in the interface. Can you please confirm if this is the case or am I missing the obvious? Many thanks.
