    Hi @rafilathif,

    Happy to clarify.

    The screenshot shows that the user has the “GiveWP Donor” role but does he have a Donor profile? Can you find him in Donations -> Donors?
    If not, the user will not have a Donor profile until you create one or the user makes a donation.

    I got how is the Donor Dashboard works. The dashboard can access once we donate if not donate, we’ll see the Restricted dashboard

    I have one more Question
    How can we use the donor dashboard shortcode on elementor
    can you please provide me here the shortcode, please?

    I don’t find any widget on elementor I can see some but not the donor dashboard.
    It’s available on Gutenberg widget

    The shortcode for the Donor Dashboard is [give_donor_dashboard]

    Currently, there’s no widget for it. Use a regular shortcode widget to insert the shortcode on your page.
