Access restricted information

  • Hello,

    Some pages we have are accessible only for login users but if have access the page before logging in, after login the same page still shows information as we logged out “Please Login to download this file”. We have to clear cache to then access the restricted information.

    How to avoid this situation, which seems to be a cache issue?

    We have browser cache settings to “cache with validation”. Should we set other options?

    Hello,

    In Performance>Page cache there is a “Don’t cache pages for following user roles” option. Enable it and see if the issue persists.

    I already had that option enabled. But, I just disable and re-enable it and it seems to be working now. Weird…

    I’ll check back in a few days if the problem comes back.
