    I am trying to add an access plan but it won’t allow me to. The up and down arrows are blocked partially by the next spot.

    The course is still being built and I can’t add a lesson either. I keep getting warnings that I need to add an access plan and an access plan price.

  • @hillyut,

    Sorry there’s an issue here. Could you send a system report (https://lifterlms.com/docs/how-to-use-the-lifterlms-system-report/) and perhaps a screenshot of the visual issue.

    Browser / OS would be helpful to. I’ll see what I can do to get that resolved for you ASAP.

    Thanks,

    @hillyut,

    Thanks for all the info.

    I am fairly certain that this is a result of old CSS data being cached in your browser. Would you please give your cache a quick flush and see if it goes away?

    Thanks ,

    Thread Starter hillyut

    (@hillyut)

    You mean clearing my browser cache, right? I did that and I didn’t see a difference. I think I can partially see the option of “free” — which is problematic since I have another course that does cost money.

    It’s like there’s a big square covering up the pertinent information. I tried to move it, but the one below it just moves up and covers it up…

    @hillyut,

    In that case can you help narrow down the plugin conflict by disabling all plugins until the issue goes away.

    Please let me know what plugin is causing the conflict and I can use that to find a resolution to the conflict

    Thanks,

    Thread Starter hillyut

    (@hillyut)

    Nope, I disabled every single plugin and it was still there.
    If I try to pick up the access plan and move it — I can see the information below it (as I move it) but once I drop it — it’s covered up again.

    This might be a crazy question, but have you tried this in another browser? Firefox or Chrome? I’ve seen something similar with an extension / add-on conflict. Trying with your extensions disabled might narrow things down too.

    Thread Starter hillyut

    (@hillyut)

    Yes, I’ve tried it in chrome and edge. I’d be fine to give you guys admin rights to look at it. Can you maybe email me? hilaryanddrew at Gmail.com

    Also, my class is showing as free — I really need this fixed. ??

    (@hillyut)

    My developer came back saying this error is being thrown:

    llms-metabox-product.min.js?ver=4.6.1:1 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘start’ of undefinedinit @ llms-metabox-product.min.js?ver=4.6.1:1window.llms.metabox_product @ llms-metabox-product.min.js?ver=4.6.1:1(anonymous function) @ llms-metabox-product.min.js?ver=4.6.1:1(anonymous function) @ llms-metabox-product.min.js?ver=4.6.1:1

    He also tried it with all the plugins off….

    @hillyut,

    Can you upgrade to LifterLMS 3.0.3 (fixes the free lesson issue).

    As for the JS error, thanks for responding with that. It seems like that could be caused by some files loading out of order as it’s calling a dependecy that isn’t loaded or available yet. I haven’t seen this issue before. I’m going to do some more testing and see if I can force this to happen locally and see if I can fix it.

    We’d be happy to login and take a look but we can only do this if you’re a customer with access to premium email support. If you’ve already purchased something please open a new support ticket via your account dashboard at https://lifterlms.com/my-account/my-tickets

    Thanks,

    Thread Starter hillyut

    (@hillyut)

    I have been using you guys since the very beginning, so I have not purchased anything. I will have to look for the upgrade, I don’t see it in WordPress?

    Hilary

    @hillyut,

    It appears all our dependencies are in order, yet the issue is clear on your server.

    Could you try to replace the file in LifterLMS with this patch file: https://gist.github.com/thomasplevy/0fc1df307b3cb65a36d4b23c535bb0a6

    The file to replace is at wp-content/lifterlms/assets/js/llms-metabox-product.min.js

    This patch file removes references to a “spinner” function that I believe is throwing the error you’re encountering.

    I can’t reproduce this locally but if this resolves your issue I can confirm this as the issue and then I’ll go about refactoring knowing that I’m not wasting my time

    Please let me know how it goes and thanks,

    Here’s what my tech guy asked:

    Hello Hilary,

    Under the website pullingcurls.com, we couldn’t find the file ‘llms-metabox-product.min.js’ in the directory ‘wp-content/lifterlms/assets/
    js/’. But the same file is there under the plugins folder at ‘wp-content/plugins/lifterlms/assets/js’ . Can you confirm that you would need to replace that file under the plugins folder with this patched version?

    Regards,

    – Jay

    @hillyut,

    I’m sorry, I mistyped the path, your developer’s location is correct

    Take care,

    Thread Starter hillyut

    (@hillyut)

    File replaced and it still isn’t working.
    The course still shows as free since I can’t adjust any settings.
    What is the smallest thing I could buy to get more tech support?
