Access log issue

Hello – Thank you for a great product!
I have received an email from my host stating that I am abusing CPU resources and that my accounts will be updated every 3 hours. I asked what was causing issue issue and they sent the following: Hope you can help because I really love your product!Thank you for your update. I have reviewed your domains access logs for requests made to /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php and I am seeing that this is related to the following referer requests.
https://domain/wp-admin/admin.php?page=WpFastestCacheOptions
