access levels

Hello,
I saw your nice plugins, I’m using WordPress 3.9 And WooCommerce 2.1.8.
I want to ask if your plugins can help me to make two groups/access levels (Male, Female) in my WordPress website where each group has its own private product category and the new user has to select one of them when he/she register on the web site.
