Access Guest Orders on the front end of site

    How do you access guest orders from the front end of the site, once you have check them out? I can not find the order, as it does not appear in my user “orders” under “my account”. I need access to duplicate and edit guest orders that have already been processed.

  • Hi @mdglenn,

    That’s not a feature of this plugin, because the orders are assigned to the customer (the main feature of this plugin) which means the admin user cannot access them on the “my account” area.

    That might be something you may consider to add in a future version of our PRO add-on.

    Thank you for the fast response. That would be a very useful feature, and we would definitely consider upgrading if it was available.

    What features from the order would be necessary?
