Access forbidden!

    hello,
    I installed wp 3.5 multisite subfolder on a locallhost using XAMPP.
    I created a new site and when I try to access the dashboard I get an error “Access forbidden!”, also I can see the new site but without styles.
    My htaccess is correct the mod_rewrite is running.

    I had that problem also when i create a fresh install of wordpress 3.5 on my localhost server.

    I tried to edit .htaccess on my multisite, and change some lines into : 

    RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /yoursitenamehere/
RewriteRule ^index\.php$ - [L]

# uploaded files
RewriteRule ^([_0-9a-zA-Z-]+/)?files/(.+) wp-includes/ms-files.php?file=$2 [L]

# add a trailing slash to /wp-admin
RewriteRule ^([_0-9a-zA-Z-]+/)?wp-admin$ $1wp-admin/ [R=301,L]

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} -f [OR]
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} -d
RewriteRule ^ - [L]
RewriteRule  ^[_0-9a-zA-Z-]+/(wp-(content|admin|includes).*) $1 [L]
RewriteRule  ^[_0-9a-zA-Z-]+/(.*\.php)$ $1 [L]
RewriteRule . index.php [L]

    I try to remove uploaded files, and the code works for me
