Access for Editors

Howdy,
a feature that is often missing in plugins, is access to that plugin from the Editor role. I try to maintain a clear division between Admin (usually me, for design and mild tech stuff) and Editor (the content manager). Getting redirects in place is more often than not an Editor’s job -> it’s about content and where to find it.
So it is a bit curious that only the Admin can access Redirection, but Editors cannot. Is there a way to give Editors access to this plugin or to make it compatible with User Role Editor?
