Access Extensions after purchase

    How do I get access to the extensions after purchase? How is support provided? I don’t see documentation.

    Hello Earl_D (@earl_d),

    After purchasing extensions, they will be accessible for download as normal plugin files inside your Purchase History area. You can download them and install them inside your dashboard -> Plugins > Add New -> Upload Plugin

    How do I get to the purchase history area? I did not receipt anything with link to that.

    Hi,

    Thanks for contacting us. To know your purchase history of items, you may go to https://profilegrid.co >> My Account >> Register sub menu and register yourself.

    After the registration process, verify yourself via Email and then login from https://profilegrid.co/pm_login/.

    After that click on the My Account >> Purchase History or go to the url https://profilegrid.co/checkout/purchase-history/, you will be able to see history of your purchased items.

    I followed instructions above but never received email. Checked spam folder no email. Tried to register second time and got message saying email already in use.

    Not sure what the deal is but I am getting nothing email wise from you all. Sent a second message through contact form just now. He email I purchased with is working as I get other emails through it. But nothing from you in inbox or spam folder.
